Chris Rooney, President
Chris has 13 years experience in residential Real Estate with the Realty House and has been involved in over 1000 Real Estate transactions. In addition, Chris has three years experience in the home building and construction business as owner of Rock Creek Homes during which time over 40 houses were built. Chris has over 10 years experience providing superior Property Management services.

Steve Sammis, Vice President
Steve has over 20 years in operational and financial management experience. During this time he has been responsible for business units achieving multi-million dollars in annual revenues with personnel responsibility for upwards of 100 employees. Steve has an extensive background in contract management and extensive experience working with regulatory agencies.

Renee Schmitz, Business Development Director
Renee has over 5 years in marketing and business development. Much of her responsibilities included project managing the web development for three companies, as well as training and education of the tools created for the sales department and the customer. Renee also has experience in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Her superior customer service and knowledge of our financial lenders continues to strengthen the relationship of our customers and investors.

Maria Borchardt
Ms Borchardt has over 8 years of hands on loan origination processing experience with Voyageur Financial and IVEX Mortgage. During this time she processed hundreds of loans and has become an expert in all phases of the loan origination and processing. With IVEX Mortgage Ms. Borchardt is Vice President of Operations and oversees all the processing and quality control activities.

Kipling J. Kemper
Mr. Kemper has over 10 years experience as a Loan Officer with Voyageur Financial and IVEX Mortgage. During this time, Mr. Kemper has originated over 800 loans without any regulatory issues. Mr. Kemper is currently a Loan Officer and Vice President of IVEX Mortgage.
